By accessing or using K&K Farms' services, including Udhiyah/Qurbani reservations, purchasing products, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
All animal reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our discretion. Prices are quoted in USD and confirmed at time of booking.
All payments must be made in full prior to the sacrifice date. We accept payments via Wise, Remitly, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. Prices are estimates and subject to change based on animal weight, availability, and exchange rates. Final pricing confirmed upon reservation.
Cancellations made at least 30 days before Eid al-Adha may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of Eid are non-refundable as the animal is reserved specifically for you. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Live monitoring services are provided as a courtesy. While we strive to maintain consistent access, technical issues may occasionally occur. We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions beyond our control.
K&K Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
